Description
The U.S. Embassy, New Delhi, invites quotations for the supply of chemicals and professional services for HVAC water treatment at Enclave plant buildings, in accordance with the scope of work outlined in the solicitation. Site Visit Information Date & Time: February 4, 2026, at 1500 hours (Indian Local Time) Location: Enclave Compound, American Embassy, Gate �C�, Chandragupta Marg, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi � 110021 Security Requirement: Vendors must arrive 15 minutes early for security checks. Identification: Participants must carry an original valid photo ID (Driving License, Passport, Voter ID, or Aadhaar Card). Registration for Site Visit: Send your interest via email to mehtan@state.gov no later than 1100 hours on February 2, 2026. Provide complete names and contact numbers of participants. No substitutions will be permitted later. Questions/Clarifications All requests for clarification must be submitted in writing to mehtan@state.gov by 1700 hours on February 2, 2026, using the attached question sheet. Responses will be posted on the website and shared with interested contractors. No questions will be accepted after February 2, 2026. Quotation Submission Deadline: February 13, 2026, by 1700 hours (New Delhi time) Submission Method: Email to newdelhibids@state.gov Subject Line: �Solicitation for supply of chemicals & providing professional services for HVAC water treatment� Important: Do not send quotations via courier or to any other email address. Quotations received at any other address or after the deadline will be handled per FAR provision 52.212-1(f). Required Documents SF-1449 Form (Blocks 12, 17, 24, and 30; Blocks 23 and 24 should list total value). Section 1, Block 23. All additional information required in Section 3 � Solicitation Provisions. Section 5 � Representations and Certifications. Incomplete proposals will be rejected. Award Information The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price, based on initial quotations without discussions (though discussions may occur if necessary).
