Rehosting of the Indoor Compact Antenna Range (ICAR) 4 Syste, and to procure ICARMS #4 upgrades as a turn key operation in accordance with Purchase Description dated 17 April 2026. All others terms and conditions shall remain uchanged. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial products prepared in accordance with RFO Part 12.
