Description

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR Subpart 13; simplified acquisition procedures apply. VA will conduct the procurement according to a combination of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is 36C25626Q0199 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The proposed contract action is for non-personnel services contract to provide all labor, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, administration and parts and materials (including lubricants) to provide repairs to all housekeeping equipment and provide a scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) and testing located at Southeast Louisiana Veterans Healthcare System, 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. Notice of Total Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside applies to all items in this solicitation. Interested persons may submit quotes, and all eligible quotes must be received prior to the response date listed on FBO to be considered by the Government. This solicitation is 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code is 811310 (Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment) and the size standard is $47 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025- Dated: 03/01/17/2025; Revise to: FY26.01A 10/31/2025, FAC 2025-06 10/01/2025. Only emailed requests received directly from the requester will be accepted. RESPONSES ARE DUE, December 19, 2025, by 13:00 p.m. Central Time (CST).
