Amendment 3 - Updated Statement of Work attached This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and construction services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Quivira National Wildlife Refuge, Kansas, has a requirement for the delivery and installation for a vault toilet with connecting sidewalk in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of Performance: 90 Days After NTP The basis for award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable to the government.
