This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C25726Q0079 is issued as a� Request for Quotation (RFQ) This acquisition� is not� set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at� www.acquisition.gov. 0001 General Chemistry Linearity Kits 0002 Urine Chemistry Linearity Kits 0003 Immunoassay Linearity Kits 0004 Therapeutic Drug Monitoring Linearity Kits 0005 Cardiac Linearity Kits 0006 Immunosuppressive Drug Linearity Kits 0007 Reproductive Endocrinology Linearity Kits 0008 Serum Proteins Linearity Kits (iii)� Description of requirements. The overall purpose of this requirement is to procure linearity materials, which are not already provided through P&LMS Veterans Affairs Central Office (VACO) funding. Many testing systems within Pathology and Laboratory Medicine Service (P&LMS) require validation of the Analytical Measurement Range (AMR) for an analyte both initially and at least every six months thereafter. This can be accomplished through the procurement of linearity material that is both matrix specific and spans the range of the AMR for each analyte when required. (iv)� Anticipated Period of Performance is 12/05/2025 to 12/04/2026.
