Technical: Follow Technical Volume requirements/instructions in 52.212-1 in the solicitation (page 25 of SF-1449). 4. Pricing: Complete, sign and submit the SF 1449 with a CLIN schedule that includes unit prices (page 3) and extended totals. 5. Certifications: Current SAM registration (or confirmation they are current in SAM). 6. Past Performance (optional but encouraged): Recent, relevant .
