Description
Defense Logistics Agency (DCSO-C3) intends to procure an acquisition for Strategic Materials (SM) for Steel Platforms/Mobile Docks. Please see attached combined synopsis, attachments for additional information for this requirement. A list of the line items numbers, quantities, and units of measure are located under Attachment 2 � Price Schedule. This will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The NAICS code for this action is 333924 � Industrial Truck, Tractor, Trailer, and Stacker Machinery Manufacturing, PSC: 3990. Questions or clarifications in response to the solicitation must be submitted NLT November 21, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. Questions received after November 21, 2025; will be considered invalid and will not receive a proper response. The offeror shall take care to ensure that mathematical calculations are correct. The price quote shall be submitted using Attachment 2 � Price Schedule. Please submit all questions to wanda.willis@dla.mil, with �SP8000-26-Q-2001� Steel Platforms/Mobile Docks in the subject line. Please submit your FINAL quote to Wanda Willis at wanda.willis@dla.mil, with solicitation number SP8000-26-Q-2001: Quote, in the Subject line NLT December 02, 2025 @ 12:00 PM EST. All changes to the requirement that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to https://sam.gov. It is the responsibility of interested vendors to monitor website for amendments that may be issued to this solicitation. This requirement will be procured under the guidelines of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. DCSO-C3 requires that all contractors doing business with the Acquisition Office must be registered with the Systems for Award Management (SAM). No award can be made unless the vendor is registered in Systems for Award Management. For additional information and to register in (SAM), please access the following website: http://www.sam.gov/. In order to be register in SAM and to be eligible to receive an award from this Acquisition Office, all offers must have a Unique Entity ID. A Unique Entity ID may be acquired free of charge by contacting Sam.gov online at https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration.
