Description
The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) to CEPEDA Associates, Inc. in accordance with RFO 6.103-1, for a firm fixed price contract to provide a qualified on-site representative in support of the grooming of the Air High Pressure Dehydrator (AHPD) onboard a Virginia-class submarine. In accordance with DFARS PGI 206.302-1, a sources sought was posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE), SAM.gov from 6 April 2026 � 9 April 2026 to determine whether other sources could satisfy this requirement. The Government received one response from industry but was deemed incapable in performing the requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 � Ship Building and Repair with a size standard of 1,300 employees. The Product Service Code (PSC) is J020 � Maintenance, Repair and Rebuilding of Equipment-Ship Repair and Marine Equipment. Please note the following: This solicitation is available upon request only. Please email both the primary and secondary points of contacts listed in this posting to obtain the solicitation. The offer must be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and instructions established in the solicitation. All solicitation amendments must be acknowledged in offeror submission. All questions regarding the solicitation shall be submitted in writing via email to the listed POCs. This solicitation is prepared in accorance with the format in RFO Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (01 February 2026), Federal Acquisitions Circular (FAC) 2026-01 (17 March 2026), DFARS (10 November 2025) and NMCARS 26-02.
