Pre-Solicitation (Synopsis): C-130 Fuel Pressure Indicator NSN: 6620-01-394-4019 LG PN: 10401N01P00 Quantity: 22 Notice ID: FA8538-26-Q-0003 This synopsis is issued by AFSC/PZAAB (FA8538) on 23 DEC 2025, for a period of 21 days. The US Air Force anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), requirement type Request for Quotes (RFQ) for purchase of the C-130 Fuel Pressure Indicator for use on United States Air Force (USAF) aircraft, NSN: 6620-01-394-4019 LG, Part Number 10401N01P00, quantity (22) each. The Fuel Pressure Indicator is a vital instrument for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the C-130 aircraft by providing the flight crew with essential information about the aircraft�s fuel system. NSN6620-01-394-4019 LG / PN 10401N01P00 is the only acceptable NSN and PN. Delivery 30 days after award: SW3119, DLA DISTRIBUTION WARNER ROBINS ROBINS A F B GA 31098-1887 USA NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED, and no hard copies will be mailed out. This proposed contract action is a Total Small Business Set-Aside, IAW FAR 19.5. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Additional supporting documentation may be required after receipt of quotation. All questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing (by email) to: Lyntasia.harris@us.af.mil with a courtesy copy to lauren.mitchell.6@us.af.mil NO QUESTIONS MAY BE SUBMITTED BY TELEPHONE. All questions and answers will be uploaded to www.SAM.gov. However, the identity of the potential offeror will not be included. Offerors are encouraged to register to receive notification for RFQ and all amendments / revisions and to check the SAM.gov site prior to submission of quote. The estimated Solicitation postdate will be 15 JAN 2026 with an estimated response date for receipt of proposals set for 14 FEB 2026.
