Description
This is a Sources Sought Synopsis notice for information to be used for preliminary planning purposes. The information recieved will be used within ASRC Federal to facilitate the decision-making process and will not be disclosed outside of the agency. AFRC Federal on behalf of the Government is seeking qualified design firms in the Architect-Engineering-Planning industry to submit an SF330 to revise, refresh and develop Master Plans (Installation Development Plans, District Plans, Area Development Plans and related Community planning services) for Vance AFB and Kegelman Auxiliary Airfield (KAA). This announcement is not a request for proposal. Neither ASRC Federal nor the Government will pay or reimburse any costs associated with repsonding to this request. The Government and ASRC Federal is under no obligation to award a contract as a result of this announcement. SF330's will be due NLT February 18, 2026 at 11:00AM CST and emailed to betty.kliewer.ctr@us.af.mil. No award will be made unless Government funding is approved.
