This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3G3JF6098A001 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for B225 HVAC Replacement. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. CLIN 0001- Contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the HVAC Replacement at building 225 as defined in the Statement of Work. ***Reference the attachments for specifications, descriptions, all provisions/clauses, and additional information. a. Period of Performance: 180 Calendar Days from Date of Notice to Proceed Receipt. b. Place of Delivery: Creech AFB, NV c. Inspection and Acceptance: FOB Destination d. In accordance with R-DFARS 236.204(iii), the magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. ** A site visit will be held on Thursday, 23 June 2026 at 1300 PDT. If access to Creech AFB is required, access must be coordinated by Friday, 12 June 2026 by 1000 PDT.
