Description
Amended Solicitation to incoporate Answers to Questions and Technical Information Contact Contracting Officer via email for Attachment 12 (ipz, sig, smw) type files Proposals Due 2/2/2026 The Long Beach Veterans Affairs Healthcare System (LBVAHCS) needs to upgrade to its current conference room Audio/Visual System located in the Egg Conference Room Area Building 164. This requires all the software, hardware, testing and installation costs to upgrade the current conference room system. This upgrade is needed to improve the user ability, mobility, and the audience interaction during meetings, and events held in this space. The system is Crestron based and includes the replacement of gooseneck podium microphones, addition of wireless microphones including catch boxes, lapel and handheld microphones. The contractor must provide a solution comparable to the current system and not replace the current system that includes projectors, monitors, projectors and all video equipment. The solution must be integrated with the current existing Audio Visual VTC system. The Contractor shall provide all labor, parts, materials, equipment, installation, and supervision required to upgrade the LBVAHCS conference room system at the �Egg�. This requires all the software, hardware, testing and installation costs to upgrade the current conference room system. This includes replacement of gooseneck podium microphones, addition of wireless microphones including catch boxes, lapel and handheld microphones. The contractor must provide a solution comparable to the current system and not replace the current system that includes projectors, monitors, projectors and all video equipment. All repair work shall be completed at the LBVAHCS facility. Please reference the attached RFQ and attachments for additional details and instructions.
