The United States Coast Guard Surface Forces Logistics Center has a requirement and requesting quotations for the following part: Item 1) NSN: 4310-01-571-6959 COMPRESSOR, RECIPROCATING RECIPROCATING REFRIGERANT COMPRESSOR USED ON 210 WMEC REFRIGERANT PLANT 5 TON A/C CHILLER UNIT CIRCUIT B AND 225 WLB AND EAGLE REFIGERATION PLANTS. SPECIFICATIONS: 4 CYLINDERS, 460 VOLT, THREE PHASE, 60 HZ. 1.14 TON COMPRESSOR COMES WITH THE PRESSURE ACTUATED UNLOADER VALVE. NOTE: THIS CARRIER CARLYLE COMPRESSOR P/N 06DR8200D1365A SHOULD BE INCLUDE THE PRESSURE UNLOADER PACKAGE P/N 06DA660090 INSTALLED. PART NUMBER 06DR8200D1365A-USCG IS A MODIFIED COMPRESSOR WITH THE PRESSURE UNLOADER PACKAGE 06DA660090 INSTALLED. THIS PART NUMBER IS FOR A COMPRESSOR THAT INCLUDES THE 1-STEP PRESSURE UNLOADER VALVE ADDED AS A POST-FACTORY MODIFICATION. COMPRESSOR PART NUMBER 06DR8200D1365AUSCG IS USED TO IDENTIFY THIS AS A COMPRESSOR MODIFIED FOR COAST GUARD APPLICATION. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2026-01 (Mar 13, 2026) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 333998 and the business size standard is 700. The resultant purchase order will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.106. The U.S. Coast Guard intends to award on an all or none basis to a responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be the most advantageous to the Government. The award will be made based on the lowest price technically acceptable. The Coast Guard intends to award a Firm Fixed Price Contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SYSTEMS FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (www.sam.gov) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number with their offer.
