Description
The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, labor, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, plant, and vehicles required to perform a variety of fencing services, including removal, repair, and replacement of existing fence features. This includes replacement of barbed wire, barbed wire support arms, tension wire, line posts, as well as installation of stakes and a small ditch barrier. This work will occur at the Irvington Site Office (Facility/Complex) in Irvington, Alabama. All work shall be performed in accordance with all terms and conditions, technical provisions, exhibits, etc., contained herein. Any equipment, materials, supplies, labor, etc., not expressly named in this specification, but otherwise necessary for orderly, safe and efficient work operation shall be provided by the Contractor at no additional cost to the Government. The Contractor shall provide properly licensed labor to perform work where Federal, State and Local laws require licensing or certification. The Contractor shall utilize a sufficient level of labor to accomplish all services required during the contract specified time periods. If the work performance is found to be poor, the Contractor shall take immediate corrective action to correct the work and to improve to the required standards at no additional cost to the Government. Please see attachments for additional details. Solicitation submission requirements: Signed solicitation Addendum to FAR 52.212-1 completion. The Governement's intent is to award lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) as stated in Addendum to FAR 52.212-2. A completed Bid Schedule (green cells only). Technical capability documentation. Any questions are required before cut off date mention in Addendum FAR 52.212-1 and will be consolidated with answers being posted to SAM.gov on or around 1 Oct 2025.
