1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. 2. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is 36C25626Q0514. Solicitation number 36C25626Q0514 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for Mat Service in support of the Alexandria VA Medical Center (AVAMC). 3. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect - Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 (eff. 03/13/2026) 4. This requirement is Total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System number is 812332 with a size standard of $47M.
