THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. The purpose of this notice is to determine if you - as a prospective contractor - are able to perform the needs of a this potential requirement. Do not worry about submitting pre-employments documentations or submitting anything that alludes to a quote. At this time documents of that nature are not necessary. This sources sought is to see if the market is able to provide PACK 75mm Howitzer Ceremony Cannon Parts as follows in the table below: Breechblock Assembly - QTY 5 Lock, Firing Mechanism Assembly - QTY 5 Lever Op. Assembly - QTY 5 Trigger Assembly - QTY 5 Lanyard Assembly - QTY 5 Cover - QTY 5 Extractor - QTY 5 6x60 Tire/Tube/Wheel (600-16 STA NDT Military 6ply/ 165/185R16 Tube / 6x5.5 Primed Wheel) - QTY 12 Note: Engineering Drawings for this requirement will not be provided by the Government. To be considered for award, offerors must possess pre-existing access to the required technical data required to manufacture the parts listed above. In response to the sources sought, please provide the following information: 1. Name of the firm, point of contact, phone number, email address, Unique Entity ID number, Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code, a statement regarding small business status (including small business type(s)/certifications(s) such as SDB, 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and the corresponding NAICS code. 2. Identify whether your firm is interested in competing for this requirement as a prime contractor or not. Identify subcontracting, joint ventures or teaming arrangement that will be pursued, if any. 3. Information in sufficient detail regarding previous experience (indicate whether as a prime contractor or subcontractor) on similar requirements (include size, scope, complexity, timeframe, government or commercial), pertinent certifications, etc., that will facilitate making a capability determination. 4. Information to help determine if the requirement service is commercially available, including pricing information, basis for the pricing information (e.g., market pricing, catalog pricing), delivery schedules, customary terms and conditions, warranties, etc. All questions must be submitted no later than 2:00 PM Central Time (UTC-5) on 4 June, 2026, to both the Contract Specialist and the Contract Officer at the email addresses below. Answer to questions will be provided NLT 10:00 AM Central Time (UTC-5) on 5 June, 2026. Questions will only be accepted via email. An attachment title Q&A will be added to this posting on 5 June.
