U.S. EMBASSY ZAGREB GSO � PROCUREMENT OFFICE Thomasa Jeffersona 2 Croatia E-mail: ZagrebProcurement@state.gov May 27, 2026 PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE Solicitation � FACZG Chancery Boilers PMSC 19HR9026Q0013 The U.S. Embassy Zagreb hereby provides the following Pre-solicitation Notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for: Chancery Boilers Preventative Maintenance Services. The solicitation may result in the award of firm fixed price contract. Companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence via email to the addresses ZagrebBids@state.gov and MazorT@state.gov, not later than July 3rd, 2026 using the solicitation name �Chancery Boiler Maintenance, U.S. Embassy Zagreb, Croatia, 19HR9026Q0013� in the subject line. DO NOT TELEPHONE. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name, Telephone Number, and Email Address of Point of Contact and Complete Physical and Mailing Address of Firm. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. Solicitation and award will be subject to the federal procurement laws and regulations of the United States of America.
