Amenmdment 0004 is required to: Extend the proposal submission due date to June 15, 2026 at 2 PM EST. Proposal Submission Instructions: All potential offerors may submit a new proposal, revise an existing proposal, or withdraw a previously submitted proposal. Any such action must be completed by the revised proposal submission due date of June 15, 2026, no later than 2 PM EST. If no changes to a previously submitted proposal are necessary, no further action is required. This software implementation is designed to streamline and enhance essential business processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution within one unified platform. By leveraging an advanced technology solution, the CAO seeks to reduce operational costs and significantly optimize payroll and HR management activities.
