Description
On 11/12/25, Amendment 02 was issued to provide the sign-in sheet from the site visit held on 11/12/25. This Amendment also revises the Pricing Proposal form (Excel sheet) due to a formula error. See attached files for more information. On 10/31/25, Amendment 01 was issued to provide the presentation and attendance sheet from the pre-proposal meeting held virtually on 10/30/25. This Amendment removes the Organizational Conflict of Interest form from the required proposal submittal documents, updates the Pricing Proposal form (Excel sheet), adds a site visit, and extends the question and proposal due date. An optional site visit will be held on 11/12/25 at 9am CT. Questions are now due by 5:00pm CT on 11/14/25. Proposals are now due by 5:00pm CT on 12/4/25. See attached files for more information. Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (FNAL) is requesting proposals to select a pool of Subcontractors to complete facility repair, alteration, maintenance, rehabilitation, and modernization projects. This pool of Subcontractors will perform concurrent work on-demand to deliver projects on-time and within budget. The projects are located on the Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory (Fermilab) Site, adjacent to the city of Batavia, Illinois. The projects are in Du Page and Kane County. The Subcontractors will be expected to provide construction- related services through FFDG�s general construction pool program, including but not limited to general contracting services, which shall include the management, supervision, labor, transportation, facilities, materials, tools, disposal, coordination of subcontractors, documentation, and equipment (except any FFDG provided property, including utilities, as may be specified in individual Task Orders), and all related activities necessary for the performance of assigned projects. The general nature of the work is construction, renovations and additions, maintenance/repair work, interior and exterior work, and structural demolition. For more detailed information, please review the attached SOW entitled, �General Construction Services.� Proposals are due 12/02/2025 at 5pm CT.
