PUMP MESA WUI MASTICATION AND SEEDING PROJECT, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, FARMINGTON FIELD OFFICE, SAN JUAN COUNTY, NEW MEXICO This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (140L3726Q0020) as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal acquisition Circular 2019-03. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. NAICS 115310 - Support Activities for Forestry - Fuels Management Services. The small business size standard is $34.0 million. Product Service Code F014 - Natural Resources / Conservation - Tree Thinning. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price type purchase order. (SEE ATTACHMENT 140L3726Q0020 - RFQ PACKAGE FOR COMPLETE STATEMENT OF WORK, MAPS, WAGE DETERMINATIONS, AND CLAUSES / PROVISIONS.) Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Farmington Field Office, San Juan County, New Mexico has a requirement to perform Mechanical Fuels Reduction - Seeding on approximately 377 acres. The project consists of mastication / mulching of pinyon-juniper forests and seeding. The project lies approximately 10 miles north/northwest of Navajo Lake Dam, NM. All project boundaries reside within BLM lands. Grid Coordinates are as follows: Township 32 North, Range 8 West, Sections 27, 28, 33, 34 and 35. Pump Mesa WUI Mastication and Seeding 344 acres x $______ per acre = $________ SITE VISIT: Wednesday, March 11, 2026, 1:00 pm MST. (All Details Included in Package Section E.7) In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12 and 13, RFQ 140L3726Q0020 is available for viewing through electronic commerce via Bureau of Land Management's website at https://sam.gov. FAR 52.212-1 (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. When combined all evaluation factors are approximately equal to cost price. *Other factors: Outlined in the Statement of Work: Experience, Schedule, and Technical.
