SOLICITATON NOTICE: The 700th Contracting Squadron (700 CONS) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order on a sole source basis to MVRsimulation (Unique Entity ID: C17JEZF814R8). This intended contract will cover MetaVR VRSG Software License Renewal. The anticipated award date is 11 May 2026 Pursuant to FAR Overhaul 6.103-1(c)(2)(ii), this requirement is a follow-on acquisition for the continued support and upgrade of highly specialized software currently fielded by the USAFE AFAFRICA Warfare Center located in Einsiedlerhof, 67661 GERMANY. MVRsimulation Terrain Tools v3 for Esri ArcGIS Pro Software Maintenance (Latest Release). 0001: Manufacturer: MVRsimulation P/N: SWMAINTvp1 MVRsimulation VRSG7 Software Maintenance (Latest Release) per VRSG7 software license. Requires the use of a previously issued SafeNet HASP ProH USB security dongle. A single media kit per purchase order will be provided consisting of a portable USB SSD drive and color printed User's Guides. Includes technical support via email and telephone, all software upgrades, enhancements and maintenance fixes and access to released 3D content and additional materials during the period of performance. However interested parties may submit a capability statement upon the referenced deadline within the attached solicitation (FA561326Q0027) demonstrating their ability to perform the requirement described herein. Upon receipt of any such notifications, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source action. Responses received will be evaluated, however; a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
