Description

Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to provide USACC JROTC Co-sponsorship and all that it entails for the National Drill Championship event to Sports Network International, Inc. The Co-Sponsorship of the event and associated activities will occur from 01 April 2026 through 31 August 2026, with a physical location in Ormond Beach, Florida. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS, and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government co-sponsorship for this event can be provided in accordance with the DRAFT PWS attached. Further, If no affirmative written response is received by 06 March 2026, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. RESPONSES ARE DUE NO LATER THAN 06 March 2026, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET) to MICC - Fort Knox, Cara Johnson at cara.j.johnson.civ@army.mil. Responses shall include the following: 1.Company name and address. 2. Statement of interest meeting all requirements listed above. 3. A synopsis of the contractor's capabilities. 4. CAGE code. 5. Point of Contact name and phone number
