Scope: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) system All interested vendors, for your bid to be considered submit a quote of your product with descriptions and or item part numbers for evaluation, along with an up-to-date SAMs registration. All interested vendors who submit a bid to the contact listed in this posting for your bid to be considered. It is not the responsibility of the Contract Specialist to follow up with what the vendor is missing upon submission. All interested vendors upon submission of an offer, invoices of at least 2 are required from either private or public institutions of these products. Refer to the Description/ Specifications/ Statement of work page for product information and salient characteristics of this RFQ for details concerning base access and requirements needed to fulfill solicitation. Only offers for ALL requirements will be considered. All responses must be received by May. 8th at 10:00 AM eastern standard time. ***This is an all or nothing solicitation, brand name or equal based on salient characteristics. Questions concerning this request for Quotation shall be submitted, via email to Kimberly.p.Bunn.civ@health.mil before 10:00pm, Eastern Standard Time on, May 15 to allow sufficient time to respond. No questions will be accepted after 10:00 am, Eastern Standard Time, 14 May.2026.
