Description
Pharmacogenomics Education and Training This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.2 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), the solicitation number is 36C10X26Q0050. The solicitation incorporates all VA Class Deviations implementing the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) that are effective as of the solicitation issue date. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04 effective May 12, 2025, and the Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR). The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at https://www.acquistion.gov This Solicitation is Unrestricted. The Government will award a single contract resulting from this solicitation. The NAICS Code is 611430-Professional and Management Development Training. Due date for questions: THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 19, 2026 @ 1400 EST The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) National Pharmacogenomics Program has a requirement for Pharmacogenomics (PGx) Education and Training. The Contractor shall provide accredited multimodal education from the organizations listed below and training to VA clinicians that support the ability to translate PGx testing into personalized patient care plans. Training completion will result in certification and continuing education. Training is intended to vary according to clinician role, experience level, and engagement with PGx.� Components of the course should: � Deliver asynchronous and synchronous comprehensive PGx training to clinicians with varying levels of expertise and diversity of roles� Evaluate competency in clinical application of PGx both pre and post course completion Empower clinicians to incorporate PGx into comprehensive medication management services to augment treatment precision and personalize care� Increase the number of VA clinicians who can translate a patients PGx profile to an appropriate treatment or prevention plan� Continuing education credit from the following accrediting bodies: Pharmacy (CPE): Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) Physician (CME): Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) Nursing (CNE): American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) Physician Assistant (AAPA): American Academy of PAs (AAPA) Develop a data use agreement between VA NPP and the contractor to perform educational analyses. All work shall be completed in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The PWS is included as Attachment A to this solicitation. The Period of Performance will begin 16 March 2026 with 2 twelve-month option periods. Offerors are requested to quote Firm Fixed Prices for all of the line items on the Schedule of Supplies and Services attached to this solicitation. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form 1449. NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Registration is free and may be completed online at: www.Sam.gov.
