Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Page 3 of 3 Page 1 of 2 *= Required Field Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Notice Page 1 of 3 Page 1 of 2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Respirator Fit Testing Apparatus in accordance with the Salient Characteristics as prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.201-1(c)(2), as supplemented in the attached Request for Quotes (RFQ). A firm-fixed price purchase order is anticipated. Simplified Acquisition Procedures IAW FAR 12 will be used. This announcement constitutes only solicitation. The solicitation number is 36C26026Q0212 and is attached. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through: Federal Acquisition Circular: FAC - 2025-06 Effective Date: August 2025. This solicitation is set aside for Woman Owned Small Businesses and the associated NAICS Code 334519 has a small business size standard of 600 Employees. Award will be based upon a comparative evaluation of quotes in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR 12. Comparative evaluation is the side-by-side comparison of quotes based on factors resulting in a Contracting Officer decision for the quote most favorable to the Government. The award will be made to the response most advantageous to the Government. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. Quotes must be emailed to: jeffrey.kelley1@va.gov and received no later than 1300 PST on 01/13/2025. Quotes may be submitted on the attached RFQ or the vendor s own form. All questions must be submitted in writing and will not be answered via telephone, no exceptions. Any questions or concerns regarding this solicitation should be forwarded in writing via email to jeffrey.kelley1@va.gov by 01/07/2026 at 1300 PST. No late quotations will be accepted.
