DK-DAM TENDER HOUSE ROOF REPLACEMENT, NORTH DAKOTA TO VIEW THE PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IN ITS ENTIRETY, PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED PRE-SOLICITATION. FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) 52.232-18 AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS: THIS ACQUISITION IS SUBJECT TO THE AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026 The Department of the Interior on behalf of the Bureau of Reclamation�s Missouri Basin Regional Office intends to solicit a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the replacement of the roof and rain gutter systems for the Heart Butte Dam Tender�s house, located at the Heart Butte Dam, south of Glen Ulin, North Dakota, on Highway 49. The principal components of work include, but are not limited to, the following: A. Demolition of existing roofing system and gutter system a. Removal of existing shingles, drip edge, flashing, ice & water barrier, plywood, roofing felt, etc. B. Evaluation and replacement of existing sheathing C. Fabrication of new roofing system and gutter system a. The replacement roofing system shall include all the manufacturer�s compatible accessories including, but not limited to, underlayment, adhesives, vent, flashings, edge and corner components, valley components, etc. Rain gutter covers must be included as part of the rain gutters. The set-aside is Total Small Business with an estimated period of performance of 180 calendar days (or less) after issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The Request for Quote (RFQ) is anticipated to be posted to SAM.gov on or around November 3, 2025.
