Description
Updated as of 12/29/2025 - Amendment 1 posted to the RFQ to make minor date changes. See amendment attached on 12/29/2025 for full details. The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) has a requirement to procure commercial services that shall establish and operate food concession facilities at the DOI Stewart Lee Udall Building. The estimated period of performance for this requirement is a base period of 1 year, plus four 1-year option periods. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside competition. Please see attachments for full details regarding this solicitation. FOR IMPORTANT DATES: SEE SECTIONS 4.0, 4.1, 4.2 AND 4.3.1 ON PAGE 7 OF THE ATTACHED RFQ.
