Description
I. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and is being issued using simplified acquisition procedures. II. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2025-06, effective date 27 August 2025, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation. Supplemental change effective 10 November 2025, Department of the Air Force Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement change effective 16 September 2024. III. Vendor shall quote on the following Contract Line Item Number(s) (CLINs): CLIN 0001 Water Stations IAW Attachment 1 - Salient Characteristics CLIN 0002 Installation IAW Attachment 1- Salient Characteristics
