AMENDMENT 0002: REVISION TO SOLICITATION, ADDED FINALIZED Q&A AND ATTACHMENT 05 1. Purpose: The purpose of this amendment is to add the finalized Q&A and to upload missing Attachment 05 - Solicitation Exceptions table. 2. Closing Date and Time: There is no change to the solicitation closing date. The solicitation will close on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time. ___________________________________________________________ AMENDMENT 0001: REVISION TO SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE 1. Purpose: The purpose of this amendment is to officially revise the closing date and time for the W9124J26RPINS. 2. Revised Closing Date and Time: The solicitation will now close on Wednesday, 25 February 2026, at 12:00 PM Central Time. 3. Status of Industry Questions: The questions submitted during the designated submission period are currently under review, and official answers are being finalized. 4. Forthcoming Information: A subsequent amendment will be issued to provide comprehensive answers to all submitted questions. We anticipate this will be posted upon completion of the review. All interested parties are encouraged to monitor for this update. ______________________________________ The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Fort Sam Houston (MICC-FSH) is issuing this Combined Synopsis and Solititation, W9124J-26-R-PINS, on behalf of the Installation Management Command (IMCOM) G1. IMCOM requires the procurement of U.S. Army Retiring Soldier Lapel Buttons, as specified in AR 600-8-22, para 6-19e, and the associated services for its quarterly distribution to 59+ Army installations, which also includes developing a tracking system and providing reports. A MANDATORY QUALIFICATION exists: sources must be certified by The Army Institute of Heraldry (TIOH) or be an authorized distributor for a TIOH-certified manufacturer per AR 600-8-22 and AR 840-10. For complete requirement details and submission instructions, see the attached documents. Responses are due via email no later than 12:00 PM CST on 25 February 2026.
