The Lt. Col. Luke Weathers, Jr. Veterans Affairs Medical Center requires Portable Fire Extinguisher Maintenance and Inspections as outlined in the Statement of Work herein for a period of performance of expected to be 11/15/2025 through 10/14/2026. This was accidentally posted as a Sources Sought Notice. This is the same information that was posted there including the solicitation and questions and answers. The purpose of this modification is to add a site visit as detailed in the attached and extend the solicitation to November 12, 2025 10:00 AM CT.
