Description: Water Testing Services This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance FAR Part 13 (FAC 2025-06). The Request for Quote is for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. SDVOSB concerns must be certified in the Veteran Small Business Certification veterans.certify.sba.gov at the time of the receipt of quote (solicitation due date) as indicated in the Request for Quote (RFQ) document. Quoters shall fully complete, sign, and submit the attached RFQ document and include any additional documentation being requested therein. The purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire services for Water Testing Services. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via RFP 36C24826R0069, NAICS Code: 541690 in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. In an effort to meet the green initiative, documents shall be submitted electronically via email. Emails shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. Quotes submitted by any other means other than emailed will not be accepted. The electronic solicitation is hereby announced on 3/10/2026. The quoter shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents/amendments from the SAM.GOV Contract Opportunities website (www.sam.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Interested firms must be fully registered and active in the SAM database www.sam.gov. All correspondence and any and all questions must be submitted in via email to: william.bridger@va.gov Contracting Officer. All Requests for Information (RFI s) or questions are due by 3/20/2026 at 4:00pm EST. QUOTE SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS: Quotes are due by 3/30/2026 at 4:00 pm EST. One electronic copy of all items requested below shall be submitted to the Contract Officer via email to William.Bridger@va.gov.
