Project Synopsis: Mission Support and Test Services, LLC (MSTS), further referred to as CONTRACTOR, under contract to the Department of Energy (DOE), National Nuclear Security Administration Nevada Field Office (NNSA/NFO), is seeking sources who can support the following: Companies who can provide Teamster Drivers and equipment over a 2-year period to support construction activities at the Nevada National Security Site (NNSS) located 65 miles Northwest of Las Vegas, Nevada. Specific Requirement/Capabilities: SUBCONTRACTOR shall provide the following: Provide a minimum of 4 each, triaxle dump trucks available for use at the NNSS. Minimum 3 rear axles, no more, no less. Must be licensed to operate on public roads and thoroughfares. Must run covered loads. Provide minimum of 1 each minimum 2000-gallon water truck for use at the NNSS. Must be licensed to operate on public roads and thoroughfares. Provide a minimum of 4 Teamster drivers meeting the teamster union contract and contract requirements, qualified to operate the above equipment on-road and off-road. Provide 1 maintenance mechanic qualified to maintain and repair the above equipment. Provide all required travel, maintenance and repair parts, tools and equipment. Requirements will be on an as-needed basis. CONTRACTOR will provide a minimum of 3 working days� notice for required services. CONTRACTOR may require extended days up to 14 hours periodically due to project requirements. CONTRACTOR will provide fuel and access to water pull stations. Special Requirement: The successful candidate must have, at a minimum, the following experience: SUBCONTRACTOR shall have minimum 5 years of experience in supplying heavy equipment, drivers and maintenance personnel to support construction operations. Licenses � SUBCONTRACTOR shall have the following job-specific licenses: Trained, qualified and licensed personnel to operate triaxle dump trucks and water trucks on and off-road. Submission Instructions: Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought Notice by close of business, Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Interested parties must provide a Capability Statement to include, at a minimum, evidence of prior experience providing the same types of services. Interested Parties must address each, and every capability requirement specified above in sufficient detail to clearly demonstrate that they possess all of the required capabilities. In addition, please include your organization name, address, e-mail address, web site address, telephone number, DUNS number, Unique Entity ID, Business Size, and type of ownership, i.e., Corp, LLC etc. for the organization.
