Description
Vehicle Upfitting Due to the Government shutdown, the points of contact for both questions and quotation submission are hereby changed to Emmett Larson at elarson@blm.gov. If questions were previously submitted to other addresses, they must be resubmitted to elarson@blm.gov for consideration. This amendment does not change the quotation due date or time; quotations remain due November 03, 2025, at 11:00 AM Mountain Time (MT) and will only be accepted electronically via elarson@blm.gov. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
