Description
This is an amendment to a previously synopsized requirement for the National Park Service, The National Park Service, Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve, for tree thinning and piling services The purpose of this Amendment no. 01 is to provide all interested parties with site maps, a total four, added to the solicitation as Attachments no. 6, 7, 8, and 9, and to provide revised Attachment 1. NEW MAP ATTACHMENTS: There is a total of four site maps. You may also access an online map of Oregon Caves National Monument and Preserve that has built in zoom and search features at this site: https://www.nps.gov/orca/planyourvisit/maps.htm. The site maps are included into the solicitation as follows: Attachment 6 Cave Creek Campground Unit Geo Map, Attachment 7 Units 3-5-7-9 Geo Map, Attachment 8 Units 1-2-4-6-8 Geo Map, and Attachment 9 Headquarters Unit Geo Map. REVISED ATTACHMENT 1. Solicitation Attachment 1, Terms Clauses and Provisions, had to be changed to update Section III List of Attachments, to incorporate the maps into the list. Quoters shall replace the original version of Attachment 1 dated 4/16/26 with the revised version, Revision 1 dated 4/17/26. SITE VISIT. There have been inquiries about an organized site visit. There will not be an organized site visit. Interested parties may visit the site on their own. You may email questions about the site ahead of your planned visit if needed to Phaedra_Fuller@ios.doi.gov and Scott_D_Wickham@nps.gov. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF AMENDMENT: Fill in boxes 15a through 15c on the Standard Form 30 (SF-30) amendment form and submit with quote. THIS SYNOPSIS PAGE DOES NOT CONTAIN FULL DETAILS OF THE SOLICITATION. Quoters should refer to the complete solicitation package which includes the SF-18 Request for Quotations form, Attachment 1, Terms Clauses Provisions (complete details of the solicitation including instructions on what to include in quote, evaluation factors, etc.), Attachment 2 DOL Service Wage Rate 1977-0079 for Josephine County, Attachment 3 Statement of Work, Attachment 4 Forms and Provisions to Return with Quote, Attachment 5 Optional Past Performance Questionnaire, and Attachments 6-9 Maps. The response date is not changed. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation.
