This is a solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in� Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.� The Department of Veterans Affairs, C.W. Bill Young VA Healthcare System, Contracting Office, Bay Pines, FL 33744 has a need to purchase Lead Aprons and Eyewear, as listed on Statement of Work. The RFQ # is� 36C24826Q0041. This solicitation RFQ, and the provisions and clauses incorporated are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06 (10-01-2025). The solicitation is: 100% Set-Aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).� The NAICS Code is 811310; the size standard is $12.5 Million.� Note, interested SDVOSB Offerors must be listed and registered in sba.gov to be considered for Award. Additionally, Offerors must provide a Limitations on Subcontracting (LOS)� with their quote.� Responses shall be on an all or none bases, no partial submissions will be accepted.� The Government reserves the right to make no award at all. � All quotes are due no later than (NLT) 11/05/2025 @ 2:00 PM EST. via e-mail to: willia.penhallegon@va.gov.
