Description
Solicitation Amendment 01/06/2026- The Regional Contracting Office Hawaii (RCO-HI) has a requirement for Hazardous Waste Testing. The contractor shall provide all the resources necessary to complete this requirement on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. The solicitation will be a 100% Set Aside for Small Business. The award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 13 Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items. To be considered for the award, the prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). It is the responsibility of the prospective offeror to monitor this solicitation for the release of amendments (if any) or other information pertaining to the solicitation. Refer to pages 39-40 on the attached solicitation for Instructions to Offerors & Additional Instructions and Information. Prospective offerors must complete and submit all required documents to be considered a potential offeror. All completed forms & supporting documentation (Refer to Page 39-40 Instructions to Offerors/ Additional Instructions & Information) must be submitted to Travis Tonini via E-mail at Travis.C.Tonini.civ@army.mil by Jan 20, 2026 at 10:00 AM Hawaiian Standard Time (HST).
