Description
Request for Quote | Sources Sought for brand name or items equal to Fermi Forward Discovery Group (FFDG) has a requirement for Quantum Machines OPX1000 Products and Components, NAICS Code for this procurement is 541511. Fermi Research Alliance, LLC Strategic Commercial Purchasing located in Batavia, Illinois is issuing a Request for Quote (RFQ) for a commercial, single award contract. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fermi Research Alliance, LLC intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Quantum Machines Technologies Inc, 2093 Philadelphia Pike #4038, Claymont, DE, 19703, USA. This is an all-or-non requirement, and the government will award on a single purchase order to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the requirements as stated in the solicitation and is most advantageous to the Government based on the criteria listed within this solicitation. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely with the discretion of the government.
