This is a source(s) sought notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this sources sought notice is to gain knowledge of qualified potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS codes 561720 Janitorial Services and PSC Code of S201 Housekeeping-Custodial Janitorial. The VA Nebraska-Western Iowa Health Care System at Omaha, NE is seeking a Contractor to provide floor cleaning services. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. Response to Request To respond to this source(s) sought notice please return via email to the Contract Specialist, John Milroy, Email: john.milroy@va.gov your company information (including DUNS Number and SAM Unique Entity ID) and capability statement by 4:00PM Central Time Thursday November 20, 2025. Please also include information if you company is a Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Small Business, Small Disadvantage Business, Women-owned Small Business, Economically Disadvantaged Small Business, HUBZone, 8(a) Certified or Large Business. Please identify if this procurement may be procured through your GSA Contract, FSS Contract, SEWP Contract or any other Contract that allows orders to be places against it. This is not a solicitation and in no way obligates the Government to award any contract.
