Description
The U.S. Embassy in Kuwait has a requirement to obtain an urgent services from RADISSON BLU HOTEL � Kuwait City, Kuwait The requirement is to provide urgent temporary lodging and associated hotel support services for displaced Embassy families at RADISSON BLU HOTEL � Kuwait City, Kuwait. The estimated value for the entire period of performance is 32,343.75 KWD These services require that the contractor furnish fully serviced hotel rooms, immediate group booking accommodations, security-conscious facilities, logistical coordination support, and essential hospitality services necessary to safely house evacuated families on short notice. The contractor must be able to provide sufficient room capacity immediately, ensure safe and secure accommodation, and support emergency relocation requirements without delay. Embassy has used the Radisson Blu in the past and was able to leverage a pre-existing agreement on prices for standard rooms that is considered fair and reasonable based on competitive market prices
