O'NEIL PPA COTTONWOOD FUEL BREAK MOWING 2026, BUREAU OF LAND MANAGEMENT, ELKO FIELD OFFICE, ELKO COUNTY, NEVADA This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement and attachments constitute the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Consider this solicitation (140L3726Q0072) as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). This solicitation documents incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through Federal acquisition Circular 2019-03. This solicitation is set-aside for small business. NAICS 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services. The small business size standard is $19.0 million. Product Service Code R408 - Support- Professional: Program Management/Support. The resulting purchase order will be a firm-fixed price purchase order. (SEE ATTACHMENT 140L3726Q0072 - RFQ PACKAGE FOR COMPLETE STATEMENT OF WORK, MAPS, WAGE DETERMINATIONS, AND CLAUSES / PROVISIONS.) Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management, Elko Field Office, Elko County, Nevada has a requirement to perform hazardous fuels reduction by mechanical mowing of an estimated 3,253 acres. The project area is located approximately 16 miles west of the town of Henry, Nevada and 65 miles north of the city of Wells, Nevada. Fuel Break Mowing 3,253 acres x $_____ = $________ In accordance with the procedures in FAR Part 12, RFQ 140L3726Q0072 is available for viewing through electronic commerce via Bureau of Land Management's website at https://sam.gov.
