Description
THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY to identify sources that can provide the required supplies as stated in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The information provided in this request for information (RFI) is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The 60th Maintenance Squadron (60 MXS) on Travis AFB, CA has a requirement for the purchase and delivery of office furniture. This is a "Brand Name or Equal" requirement. The contractor shall provide all items as specified in the SOW, which are to be equal in salient characteristics to the brand name item identified. The basis of design is UNICOR Item: BVRTYP03C (Clerk Station). The contractor shall be responsible for supplying and delivering products that meet all physical, functional, and performance characteristics detailed in the SOW. This RFI is to determine the availability of businesses, to include small businesses, to provide the required supplies. Responders are advised the Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future Request for Quote (RFQ), if issued. Respondents are requested to provide the following information: Business name, address, CAGE code, and UEI number. Company representative's name, title, phone number, and email address. Business size and type of Small Business (if applicable), e.g., Small Business, HUBZone, Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). A capability package demonstrating the ability to meet all requirements in the SOW. The package must include specification sheets, product literature, or other documentation clearly showing that the proposed "or equal" product meets all salient characteristics of the brand name item. Questions regarding this announcement shall be submitted by 27 February 2026. Responses to this Sources Sought announcement are due no later than 2 March 2026. Questions or submissions received after the respective deadlines may not be accepted.
