Description

The Embassy of the United States of America in Tashkent invites you to submit a proposal to provide legal consultation services for local labor issues. A pre-proposal conference for this project is scheduled for 10:30 am Tashkent time (GMT+5) on December 18, 2025 at the Embassy address listed above. All interested offerors are invited to attend and must request access at least 48 hours in advance to TashkentGSOProcurement@state.gov Embassy of the United States of America 3 Moyqorghon Street, 5th block, Yunusobod District, Tashkent, Uzbekistan 100093 For a quotation to be considered, you must also complete and submit the following: SF-1449 Section 1, Block 17, 30 PRICE CONTINUATION TO SF-1449 Additional information as required in Section 3. Representations and Certifications in Section 5. Bidders must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission. Registration information is available at https://sam.gov/content/home. As registration may be a lengthy process, interested bidders should initiate the registration as soon as possible. The resultant SAM number must be provided with the proposal submission. The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Interested bidders should send their quotation by email to TashkentGSOProcurement@state.gov on or before 12:00 p.m. January 12, 2026 GMT+5 Tashkent time.
