Description

The purpose of Amendment 0004 is to cancel the solicitaion in its entirety. Government appreciates the industry efforts to submit a response to the referenced solicitation. Based on the Government�s review of the solicitation and responses, the Government has decided that it is in its best interest to consider changing the requirements to obtain these services and conduct additional market research.
