Description

Construction of the Shepard Point Oil Spill Response Center is the result of the court settlement for the Exxon-Valdez oil spill. The project site is located approximately 6-miles north of Cordova proper, in Cordova, Alaska. IRT�s involvement began in FY23 and is projected to be a seven-year project. To facilitate the Annual Training of multiple rotational units as the project lead, the AKARNG needs to provide for subsistence and raw food supply. This is required to support the rotational units seven days a week with three meals per day. Requirements: The contractor is responsible only for the following: -Ordering and Receiving: The contractor is responsible only for the procurement and acceptance of various food items. This process will be guided by a 14-day menu and corresponding grocery list with quantities furnished by the Government. -Pickup The contractor shall have the grocery order ready for pick no later than 12:00 PM AKDT on each of the following pick up dates: May 25, 2026; May 29, 2026; June 5, 2026; June 12, 2026; June 19, 2026; June 26, 2026; July 3, 2026; July 10, 2026; July 17, 2026; July 24, 2026; July 31, 2026; August 7, 2026; August 14, 2026; August 21, 2026 The contactor will not be responsible for delivery. Personnel from the rotational units will be responsible for the pickup and delivery of all purchased goods from the vendor that the goods have been purchased from. The contractor shall receive notification of a forthcoming order from designated personnel of the rotational units no less than five (5) days prior to the scheduled pickup. The contractor shall notify the designated Government POC or Contracting Officer if item substitutions need to be made. The inventory list shall reflect the substitution. -Invoicing The Contractor shall prepare a detailed report that documents the number of orders during the duration of the contract period. The Contractor shall submit invoice in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) system Contract Period of Performance 25 May 2026 to 29 August 2026 Evaluation and Award The Government will evaluate offers based on the following factors in accordance with FAR 12.602: 1.
