AMENDMENT 0001 - SOLICITATION HT940726QE003 The purpose of this amendment is to update the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation to incorporate the following clause: FAR 52.222-90, Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (Deviation) The quote submission deadline remains unchanged: 09:00 AM EDT on 15 July 2026. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain in full force and effect. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment in their quote submission. Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 88th Medical Group at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base (AFB), OH, requires a non-personal services contract to provide all labor, supervision, tools, and consumables necessary to perform scheduled preventative maintenance on government-owned Medical-Grade Reverse Osmosis (RO) water purification systems. This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 811310 (Size Standard: $12.5M).
