Description
The United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit is requesting quotations for construction works on the Gym Ceiling and lights project as fully described in the attached statement of work (SOW). The place of performance is at the Markey National Court Complex at 717 Madison Place NW, Washington, DC, 20439. Scope of Work/Description of Work: Carry out the works as fully described in the attached SOW to cover the following: Gym Ceiling Corridor Outside Gym Please see Statement of Work (Attachments 1-4). Broken download in 4 parts due to file size. Site Visit: The contractor may visit the site prior to submitting a quote to examine the existing conditions. To schedule a site visit, Vendors must submit an email request to: FASS_Helpdesk@cafc.uscourts.gov with the subject line: �CAFC Gym Ceiling and Lights Request for a Site Visit.� The request must clearly indicate the vendor�s name and the name(s) of the person that will conduct the site visit. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) document will be supplied as a response to the site visit request and must be signed and returned prior to the site visit. Questions, and Clarifications: Email questions and requests for clarification to finance_procurement@cafc.uscourts.gov by 12:00 p.m. EST on 6/12/2026. The Court will answer those questions and provide written responses to all proposers only if the answer to the questions changes any part of the statement of work or significant details related to this project.
