Description
The purpose of this update is to provide a response to questions asked. Question: Can you confirm that the tests for ASTM 2435 is Method B. (Consolidation 10 Loads, 8 Curves) Government response: It is not Method B. The tests for ASTM 2435 should use Method A. ************************************************************************************************* The purpose of amendment 0001 is to extend the quote due date to 13 July 2026. ************************************************************************************************* Pursuant to FAR RFO 12.202(b) this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is NOT set-aside for small business concerns and is solicited as unrestricted. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide. Solicitation number W912HN26QA018 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for geotechnical laboratory testing services for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District. This acquisition will support USACE Savannah District�s Geotechnical and HTRW Branch by providing geotechnical laboratory services. This organization coordinates geotechnical lab services for samples collected by USACE drill crews for customers within the contiguous United States. The laboratory selected for this agreement will perform testing of soil, rock, and aggregate materials for USACE projects across all mission areas. The period of performance for this contract includes a one-year base period and five option years. Electronic Submission: Offeror's quotes shall be submitted electronically to Mr. David A. Jimenez at david.a.jimenez@usace.army.mil and Mr. Gerard F. Leo at gerard.f.leo@usace.army.mil. The Offeror's quotes shall not contain classified data. The use of hyperlinks in quotes is prohibited. The offeror's quote is due in accordance with block 8 of the SF1449. All questions and requests for information shall be submitted to Mr. David Jimenez and Mr. Gerard Leo at the aforementioned email addresses.
