Description
DLA Aviation Richmond intends to issue a solicitation to procure three (3) Ultra High-Pressure Robotic Waterjet Coating Removal Systems with contract completion required by 660 days after award for Fleet Readiness Center Southeast, Jacksonville, FL A Complete technical data package VIB 26-20-1000 including all design, lubrication, supplies, site visit and labor requirements will be included as a part of the solicitation. The solicitation may include a request for three (3) ) Ultra High-Pressure Robotic Waterjet Coating Removal Systems with Rigging, Installation, Training, IUID Tag, Technical Data, Shipping and Removal (1 machine) are attached to the Solicitation. DLA-A intends to issue Request for Proposal SPE4A8-26-R-0003 is anticipated to issue on or around Wednesday, 08 April 2026. FOB will be at Destination. Inspection at Origin/Acceptance at Destination DLA-A intends to issue 100% small business set-aside solicitation. Award shall result in a Firm, Fixed Price Contract. This solicitation and award will be made under FAR 13.5 procedures. Site visit is scheduled to provide potential contractors with the opportunity to view the installation location. All interested parties shall follow the instructions under the solicitation attachments on pages. A copy of the written solicitation will be available via the DLA DIBBS website at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil//rfp/rfprec.aspx?sn=spe4a826r0003 Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF). A paper or e-mail copy of the solicitation may be provided to requestors on a case by case basis if access to DIBBS is not available.
