Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 04 (NCO4), intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Call Solutions, LLC, 1999 Turnpike Rd., Elizabethtown, PA, 17022 in accordance with RFO FAR 12.102. Call Solutions, LLC is the incumbent contractor providing urology physician services to Lebanon VA Medical Center. The agency intends to negotiate a contract to include a performance period of six months to provide continuity of services pending competitive re-procurement of a five year contract for these services. The six month performance period will provide sufficient time for competing offerors to develop proposals, for the agency to complete the evaluation and award, and for the potential credentialing and privileging of new contract physicians upon award. The agency anticipates synopsizing the competitive solicitation for the re-procurement in January 2026. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or responses relating to the competitive re-procurement. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than 12/15/2025 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. All responses must be sent by email to the Contracting Officer, Thomas Cossentino, at thomas.cossentino@va.gov. Responses must include ISS 36C24426Q0158 in the subject line. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Determination of procurement strategy based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 621111.
