Amendment 1: Attachments were unable to be opened, all files were reprinted and reuploaded. Amendment 2: Updated description and Attachment 4 52.212-1 - Instructions to Offerors Addendum to include Ms. Anna George at anna.george.2@us.af.mil as the primary personnel for which to submit questions. Amendment 3: Extended the deadline for submission of questions from 5 June 2026 to 8 June 2026 and updated quote validity from 7 October 2026 to 30 November 2026 within Attachment 4, FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors Addendum). Updated the Combined Synopsis/Solicitation quote response deadline from 15 June 2026 to 30 June 2026. Dover Air Force Base has a requirement for Aircraft Corrosion Control services in accordance with Attachment 1 � Aircraft Corrosion Control Services PWS to be delivered within 30 days.
